subbed out and have to wait

I'm not sitting for five minutes every time I'm subbed out, i can't fast forward to when I'm back in the game.
In 24 I could alt+tab a few times and get back into the game, but i can't alt+tab in 25. LOL?
Played a few dynasty games and an nba game in MyCareer and both won't let me fast forward when I'm subbed out.
Tried both windowed and fullscreen.
Haven't hit the park or anything else yet but I'd like to be able to grind some nba games
