Graphic memory and System memory

When i open the game it says the game requires 8gb of system memory and 4gb of graphic memory, anyone know how to fix this?

What are your specs? It sounds like your system doesn't have that.

Try shutting off Steam and restarting. I was able to skip past that on my machine. I already refunded the game though.

If you don't know what you have, check Help > System Information on your Steam client.

@Zeokage i have a rtx 3060 a ryzen 5 5600g and 16gb of ram, do you need to know anything else

By any chance have you checked the NVIDIA Control Panel to make sure the correct graphics option is being used?

Your high performance option. Or to copy another post which might be related...

Go into nvidia control panel > manage 3d settings > program settings > add NBA2k25 > scroll till you find max frame rate> change it to 60fps.

it was previously on 58 fps will changing it to 60 make a difference, and when i go onto the settings on nba it says "vram used 1863mb/495mb" whilst on the lowest setting, any idea how to increase the 495mb
