Crashes Loading Into The City
I've been troubleshooting these crashes for a couple of hours now. I've done all of the basics, including system and driver updates, and can't pinpoint what exactly is causing 2K25 to crash when loading into The City, other game modes are functional as far as I've experienced.

Windows 11 (23H2 22631.4112)
AMD (24.7.1, 24.8.1)
i9-12900K
RX 6800 16GB
32GB DDR5 6000
MSI MAG341CQ (3440x1440, 21:9, 100Hz)

- Varying display resolutions and aspect ratios, 16:9 (2560x1440) and 21:9 (3440x1440).
- Varying refresh rates, 60Hz & 100Hz.
- Windowed & Full Screen Windowed.
- Disabled all AMD graphics options, AFMF, Anti-Lag, etc.
- Tried varying graphics settings presets, Low - Ultra, Ray-Tracing on/off.

Anyone else having this problem, please provide some details on your system specs and any troubleshooting you've done.

i have same issue just with a r7 5800x and rx 6900 xt and ddr4 64gb ram. Tried validating but no luck

I was somehow able to get past the initial entry into The City by turning all graphics settings to low, and disabling RT. After I got it loading I played an NBA game and turned all of my settings up. The crashing reappeared consistently when enabling RT, regardless of the quality level.

I've been able to load into The City successfully on several attempts with RT off, but it's still crashing from time to time when loading into The City after exiting the arena.

I'm able to get some playtime in for now, hopefully 2K rectifies it.

Go to myTeam and select triple threat park and u can fix the game

I get like 25fps in game lol, with 14700f and rx 6800 64gb ram

sounds like you have a problem with your pc im getting smooth 60 with ultra 1440p on a r7 5800x 6900xt and 64gb ram and doesn't make my stuff go over 50c
