Does 2k25 better than 2k24 and 2k23 ?!

Is it better than other years?! I've been buying every NBA 2k for the past 10th year and I've found that the last 2 years the game was less and less good and mostly offered less and less new content.

This year on PC is at least the next-gen version finally. But judging by the reviews, there are a lot of technical issues with the PC port. I'm going to do what I normally do, keep playing the last year game and wait until this one is $15.
