Controller overlay issue?

The past 2Ks were plug and play with controller but this time only the keyboard button icon shows up and the keybinds are all over the place using a controller. I tried remapping but it won't let me save. Anyone else having this issue? (Example: Xbox controller A is mapped to B, etc.)

My binds are all messed up and my controller shows as a keyboard, been having this problem since 2k24, and no other games have this issue so i don't think it's my controller

Controller doesnt work properly

When i load 2k25 my a button acts as b my x is to go back ive tried every input possible and they are all the same the game completely ignores my binds i try another game with same input and the buttons are all different someone please help

Check on/off steam input, Reset steam input template or change for standard. I had bad steam input template and my right analog doesn't work

game is recognising my controller as a keyboard

any other game works perfectly fine. yesterday it worked also but as today i tried to play mycareer it started bugging. and also when going to controller settings it says that i have a xbox 360 controller instead of xbox one.

This game has me shooting with the Y button and passing with B i tried to change the controls in game, on steam nothing works at all.

Controller icons

My game is detecting my controller but the binds are messed up. It shows the buttons of keyboard instead of my xbox one controller. It used to show xbox one buttons before but suddenly showing keyboard keys instead. I tried playing other games and it still works and shows my xbox one buttons just here in 2k suddenly not showing the button icons.

I bought new controller but it's read as xbox for pc and still showing keyboard icons, I tried my friend's ps4 controller. it shows ps4 icons. Please help fix this
