Steam - Settings, Go to In Game and turn off ''Enable the steam overlay while in game''.
(Fun fact after i got the main menu,i was able to turn this back on with no problems)
Riva tuner/after burner - Close afterburner/RivaTuner,check background processes with Task manager and close those also.
Nvidia - Open Geforce Experience,Click the gear icon in the top right corner and go into settings. Go to general and turn off ''In-Game Overlay''.
After my first boot into the main menu,I was able to use these again. It's just a hurdle for the signing agreement. Good luck dude.
