In-Game Frame Limit

I can't set Frame Limit in in-game options. Tearing is driving me crazy.

The in game vsync should auto cap the frame rate to whatever your monitor HZ is. But I think the in game vsync has been bugged recently.
If u have nvidia gpu, disable vsync in game and turn vsync on in the control panel.

You can set in the Nvidia control panel or if you're on an AMD gpu use Adrenaline to cap the fps.
