The Settings in the game cannot be saved

I set the screen Settings to medium in the game,prompting me to save and log in again,I re-log in to the Settings did not save,other Settings are the same

I just had this problem but with saving my game sliders. It reverts as soon as I load them again.

Are you using a controller in the menus. I remember the old games having a problem if you used keyboard+mouse in the menus.
