Question about hot zones?

What’s the max number of hot zones one can get regularly? I’ve only been able to get 10 tops. I’ve seen someone with 11 but I think it’s because he went to leathal shooter and did something along those lines. The reason I think you can only have a max of 10 is because I have that and went 88% shooting from under the basket and that’s still a neutral zone. Can anyone help me out?


Second question. Also, how hard is leathal shooter on PC since we can’t just “dashboard” (that’s what all the counsel players do.
