MyNBA bugs

Hello,

I've been having the following issues with MyNBA in 2K25 ever since buying the game:

- When starting a new MyNBA, I want to add custom teams. When trying to download user created designs, I get the error message: "There was a problem getting the team design. Please try again."

- I can add pre-built teams and replace them with user created designs later in the Team relocation options. However, when I try to change stuff (change team name for example) I get the error "There was a problem saving the team. Please try again."

- When I quit MyNBA and try to load it again, I get the error "This save file is corrupted and cannot be loaded." and when relaunching the game, the MyNBA file is just completely missing.

- After all the above, I tried creating a vanilla league, without changing anything, but now even that save file is corrupted.

Therefore this mode is completely unplayable for me.

These types of errors have been in MyLeague/MyNBA for many years. I don't know how to solve them, anyone have any ideas?

Same issue here with adding custom teams, same error: "There was a problem getting the team design. Please try again."

Hey! have the same issue and so far 2K have been no help. Have you found a fix?

it seems the best way is to add pre-made teams like the san diego surf and then once the league is made go to the teams you want to change and go into Front Office -> Team Relocation -> 2k share team designs and download the team you want. i was able to get through a season without the save being corrupted even after closing the game

They've had this same problem for multiple years. Komi's work around works for me like 50% of the time. The last couple of times i've reached out to 2k about bugs, they just give like 10,000 VC and let the bug stay. So you could reach out to them for some free VC, but nothing will ever come of it.

Nope, still waiting on 2K to reply with a solution. However, since issues like these have plagued MyLeague/MyNBA for years, I don't have a lot of hope.

Good for you! I even get problems now when trying to start a vanilla league, let alone when editing teams...

I'm having this problem with the arena. The uniforms are good but every time I put the logo in my court I get the "there was a problem saving the arena" this is so annoying cause it seems a pretty problem to fix it

Well ... happy to see I'm not the only one in this situation for years ...
Unhappy to pay to get an unfinished game :(

I have the same issue when trying to save personnal uniforms ... How do you pass this ? I'm tired of playing with awful unpersonnal uniforms ...

I have changed the uniform by downloading a community one (thanks for this), but I still can't modify it to make mine ...

Same issue here, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt (most of the time it doesn't). Very similiar issues to what you guys are saying. It is weird cause it does not seem like a huge problem to fix but for some reason its still there.

Yup, after a week of going back and forth with a 2K support member and over 15 emails. They came to the rediculous conclusion that its caused by a memory leak in your pc or some other internal issue.
Yet here we are, a small part of the NBA2k community that all have the same issue regarding expansion franchises on the steam version of this game. Its appearent that its an NBA2K Steam issue with the Cloud but they will never acknowledge their mistakes.

Hi guys same here, i've found weeks ago a wak-around system that it' doeasn't work anymore. I used to customize a entire roster (stadium, jersey, anme, etc...) with the first two team, and on the third tea the message "There was a problem getting the team design. Please try again" came out, so i made 30 team making a new era every two team customized, but now this message come out instantly. i tried to delete the Userdata folder and to unistall and re-install the game, but nothing. Somebody have another "walkaround" system that works? Thanks PS this bug exists from, at least, 5 years....
