custom teams in mynba corrupt save files
i always make a custom league with custom teams, however everytime i customise a league, it corrupts every new save file i make afterwards and it wont allow me to edit any of the teams in that same file. wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and how to fix it?

I had to delete all my files including a file that was a league of 30 created teams and full of randomized players. But now I can play the game so I feel it was worth it

Wondering if there has been any information around this? I am part of an NBA 2k25 Simulation league (no player controlled characters) and we just made 12 Custom teams to use. Some of the guys can download the custom roster, but for me i always get the corrupted files error when i try to download it.

I've been having these issues for years. I've opened a ticket, but not very hopeful tehyw ill provide a solution. It's so bad now that even when I create a vanilla MyNBA the save goes corrupt and even disappears when restarting the game.

I've heard back from 2K. Some of the things they advised me to try:
- disabling the Steam Cloud temporarily to see if that fixes the problem
- create a new Windows Administrator account with the default settings and see if the same issue occurs after you load up MyNBA and try to save files. I have a feeling this could be related to some Windows permissions/settings and want to make sure that it's not specific to a user setting.

None of this worked, and now they tell me that
"After further investigation, it is believed that it looks like there's something wrong with how your storage is set up on your PC. As we have exhausted all workaround, I kindly request you to ask further assistance from Windows Support or post this on Steam forums regarding this issue. I understand that this answer is not the ideal one for you, but after all effort, this is the last step I can provide for you."

Completely worthless.

I have the same identical issue from several weeks, still waiting for help from the assistance.
This is simply unacceptable. I cannot load a new career in myplayer, not even in mynba, the game is unplayable like this.
I only managed to solve this problem by deleting some myeras saves
