idk why but my graphics look so bad, i compared mine with max settings to youtube and its night and day difference

That happened to me on launch day. It's like a low resolution look mixed with extreme aliasing.

I navigated to the video settings and used the square button on my Playstation controller to "reset to default." I confirmed and then changed my settings back to how I wanted it.

I haven't had that problem since.

i did that but it didnt work, the graphics look the exact same even if i change it from the lowest settings possible to the highest, theres no difference, the player models look terrible, the game looks super low res (im on 1080p) and it looks nothing like its supposed to

I wish I had the answer but I'm fresh out of ideas. I know what you're talking about though -- it looks horrible when it's like that.

Good luck.

Just make sure if you're at 1080p you're either playing on DLSS (DLAA) or it is off.

If you have any form of DLSS/FSR/XESS you are effectively halving give or take an already low resolution.

1080p is fast moving hard to look good anymore, unless you're on 27 inches or left.

Try Nvidia or AMD super resolution also to upscale to 1440p or 4k.

I have the same issue since I got the game.
Even upscaled to 4k resolution game looks ugly with low detailed textures and bland lightning. Only antialiasing improves.
I've tried many different things like using different GPU driver versions, rebuilding shader cache, fresh install of windows 11. Nothing helped so far.
What I've noticed is pre-gameplay cutscenes like player intros ,post game walk offs, auto replays etc. looks in much higher quality than gameplay, probably like it supposed to look in gameplay too.

Use DLAA!

i did all those exact things as well and still it looks terrible, i think it has to be a anti aliiasing issue cuz it looks non existent to me, i hope someone finds a fix soon cuz i feel like i wasted 90$ for game thats marketed as next gen but looks worse than last gen, also i think we need to somehow get 2k's attention to this

Did you send in a ticket to 2K Support?

if you want i can try to help you troubleshoot whats wrong. take some screenshots of your graphics settings and ill take a gander. the game on pc definitely looks better than any of the console versions, at least for me.

UPDATE: I fixed the graphics (at least most of it) since i run the game on 1080p i turned on DLSS and DLAA and set the sharpness to 10 and everything looks great, player models/details look like next gen, lighting looks good, and overall quality finally looks good. I recommend turning DLAA on for any resolution even if ur using even 4K, i tried it with 4K and the game still looked better but i did notice a 5-10 fps loss just a heads up on that

I don't have these options with AMD gpu. I can use FSR or Xess but either only make graphics even worse
