Game crash after MyCareer game

After completing a MyCareer match, it should show the character in the tunnel, but it kicks me out of the game without an error message. I have to play again when it's a key game, NBA 2K appears in the bottom right corner and freezes, then it kicks me out of the game, sometimes it doesn't.

PC SPECS:
RX 6800 ( Updated and also installed old versions but doesn't work)
RYZEN 5 7600X (TEMP 65°)
32GB 6000MHz RAM
1TB M2 SSD (Free space +650GB)
W11

Also tried all solutions but doesn't work for me.

Not a definitive solution but I tried a few things. Install all DirectX versions, download and install Visual C++, max anisotropy 8X, turn off Ray Tracing if it's on, turn it on if it's off, increase the graphics settings so you can play, set the processor so it doesn't get too hot. If FSR, DLSS, XESS is off, turn it on and set it as quality, if it is on, turn it off.

Found a fix, limit your fps to 60 or 120 in nvida or amd adrenaline. It should work

me too, i can enter game without issues, but it crashes as soon as the gameplay starts.

Lock the FPS to 60. This fixed it for me.

Do I need to do it through nba settings or through and Adrenalin? I just don't understand

If you can do it through Adrenalin, I would. I would also change it in 2k.
