I uninstalled the game, verified the files and still says that there is some disk write error. How do I fix it?

Same Issue, already tried most of the advices on LifeWire and still not working

I fixed the problem by turning off my antivirus. AVAST got the most problems with EAC ! This also helped with all my other games.
