Is 2k25 worth getting?
I never played 2k, I don’t care for online play. Just looking for a decent basketball sim just to have fun with.

I would say yes if offline is all you play...MyNBA, MyGM, but wiat for a SERIOUS discount. like 20 dollars. get it when it's that price because it's so broken at times its not worth full price.

Definetly worth the price even full. Havent encountered any major bugs yet and the Story Mode "MyCareer" this Year is pretty decent. For just a Simulating Game "MyNBA" you will be very satisfied with the adjustments u can make

This has been the best feeling 2k in a long time. Definitely wait for it to be on sale (if it is not currently) if you are looking for offline play only, but the ERA's mode (allowing you to run a dynasty mode from as far back as you want, with accurate rosters) has been greatly enhanced this year, and the W is wonderful this year as well. I have been playing these since the Dreamcast days, and this is definitely their best entry in years.

It is solid. I haven't had a 2k since 19 or so, and being the current gen instead of the old is worth the upgrade. I mainly play single player MT right now. I won't buy it again for a few years and will probably play seasons with classic rosters.

I don't get into the MyPlayer mode that is super popular, so idk about that. I don't have the time for it.

It's a lot of fun. I love this game in comparison to all their previous ones. I've only played in My Era and myteam in solo mode. In My era mode turn off the filter it has under settings as it looks a lot better with the filter off. I've been playing as the Sonics.

Also the first few times you load up the game it will load in a bunch of stuff, just have to wait for it to load up.
