I can't get my season2 reward at last 15min

I level up to 40 at last 15 min, but when I want to get my Hali, it shows up "the season is over". But it actually still have 15mins. My Haliiiiiii

pretty sure myteam season was over before mycareer season. at least it said so on the countdown
