My Career Subbing

Been playing my career games, the coach hasn't subbed me out and won't sub me out even if I commit fouls. My game has been like this for a little while now, is there any fix for it?

I believe so as well, but they've ruined the my career games for me because of these changes. Wish they had thought of actually testing patches before releasing them.
