PC version is the 9th Gen console version this year - NBA 2K25 Edition

As highlighted in the general FAQ and the PC-specific FAQ, this year's PC version will be the same as the version on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Crossplay isn’t supported between pc and Xbox/ps5. Guessing there’s no real anticheat so they didn’t bother. Maybe next year? Just hope there’s an offline bypass so I can play career after the 2 year server shutoff.

people would have bought it just like they bought 2k24 which is literally a roster update for 2k23 and then you'll have the privilege of buying packs and boosts that cost hundreds just to play a semi-fun career mode.
