So I'd use Civilization VII as your baseline.
New games, expect them to be higher requirement.
You would be wrong, as the games are on completely different engines from completely different developers. Hardware requirements aren't based on the publisher.
It's already confirmed 2K is putting out a lazy low effort old hardware port. If anything use 2K22 as the minimum baseline as very little on the technical side has changed since that and 2K24 at the latest.
that mean 2k25 pc is totally different game system with ps5? not only no island?
