Bug Report: Play

[Basic Thuganomics]

1. When setting up a special guest referee match, the second wrestler cannot change their paybacks or add managers, the UI is glitched.
2. When a superstar performs an illegal action, the "prohibited" sign never goes away and will stay for the whole match
3. Warning a manager as a special guest referee does NOT increase their manager meter. The instructions claim that warning them does.
4. AI controlled special guest referees do not use the "signal tag" action when a tag is made in tag team, nor do they count out illegal superstars.
