Unable to connect to server

Hey everyone, since I've brought the game, I have been trying to get online but I keep getting the "unable to connect to server" message. I have tried every single solution I could find. restarting my pc and booting up the game, restarting my router, changing network settings, and nothing is working. I spent over $100 on this game and can't connect to it online. Every other game I have I connect to online no problem. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have the exact same problem. Going back and forth with the 2k support, nothing so far. I will attach the 2 websites they told me to follow, but nothing has changed for me. Hope it helps at least to one of you. It is ridiculous how 90% of players have 0 connectivity issues (not talking about bad server issues and ect) and there is like 10% of player, who cant even connect online. It has been 3 days and nothing, completely killing my vibe and hype about the game :(

Thank you, I'll look this over and try some more. I find it ridiculous that we have to go to these lengths to connect online. Really close to just uninstalling the game and asking for a refund
