WWE 2k25 can't connect online

No matter what I do, everytime I open the game, I cannot connect to servers.
"Attention. An error occurred while retrieving the latest data from the server. Please try again later"
No matter what I do, nothing doesn't seem to work. I have no issue with internet whatsoever. Any fixes and ideas ?

Exit the game and try again.
It's been a problem for years.

Sadly that's all you can do, the problem is on their end.

As I exit the game and enter again, the same thing occurs. I have seen some people exiting only once and it fixes the issue. If I do it 20 times, is there even a chance I get in with online features. It is annoying to spend 50 bucks on a game and play normal matches. I just wanna go to Community creations and play my GM :D

I've been logging onto the game constantly since it got released yesterday, and I have yet to be allowed online. Thanks 2K.

This worked for me, soplution 1 did nothing but solution 2 (so far) seems to have fixed it,

Now 2k need to fix the game so I don't need to state my DOB every single time I launch the game.

Maybe someone knows how I can turn off automatic WWE Live update? I have the same problen in 2K25 and in 2K24, but in 2K24 I turned off automatic WWE Live updates and online worked, but now I can't fird it.

Unfortunately, solutions did not work for me as well. I am getting ridiculously annoyed and sadden. It has been 4 days and nothing has changed, support is also useless as hell. If anyone has more suggestions, please let me hear them.

I'm having issues with getting to the image upload site... or even wwe2k.com! wondering if this is a bigger problem at 2K's end?

Can't really tell you that. I have tried wireless connecting with my Iphone's hotspot and I only managed to get in Community Creations tab. So it seems that there is a particular setting with Ethernet WAN connection that interferes with 2k ant their stupid online system.

Another day of nonsense from 2k support. They have given my case to another agent, who clearly did not read my case and told me to do the same thing they instructed me to do after the first email. Its ridiculous how company like 2k doesn't have live support and provide only one email a day. I even sent my email 10 minutes after the agent's response. If anyone can help, I will be glad to.
