Custom character has wrong gender in Universe Mode

I exported 2 characters (male and female) in MyRise mode to play them in Universe. However, in Universe mode, when I add these 2 character into a show, it shown as 2 male characters.
It also didn't let me add the female character into a female match unless I turn inter-gender match on. I also cannot add the character into female division.
This seems only happen in Universe Mode. In Normal Play mode, it still recognize the character as female.

Is this a known bug or only me? Is there any fix or work-around?

Problem with exported Myrise characters

I have a weird problem. I exported my characters from myrise after i finished it but universe mode see's my female character as male, only allowing it to be in male divisions for example. Plus having a mixed gender tag time title still only allows one gender tag teams to be in the division not mixed teams.

I can add further to this, it seems to have turned them into generic male character settings, including it's move set and entrance. But only female from myrise, male character is fine, and only in universe mode. They function fine in play mode. Anyone else had this happen?

Thanks. I have tried several work-arounds and seems like one worked. Below are what I've tried:
Duplicate the character in Superstars menu - Didn't work.
Create new slot in MyRise, import and re-export the character - Didn't work.
Create new slot in MyRise with a new female character - Didn't work. It seems like the issue still persist with my playthrough.
Create new female character in Superstars menu, then import/copy the attires, movesets, entrance, victory from the original female character - WORKED

Btw, I didn't find how to send a ticket to 2K Support. Any guide?

Slightly unrelated but making a duplicate of your CAW turns them into the wrong gender too

EDIT: I've just seen in Discord that someone managed to fix it by changing the export's height.

can you explain how you fixed it? I just tried to change my guys height and it didnt help.
