Do you see yourself buying the game?

Personally, I am happy to see promos coming back. As someone who just plays with custom characters. I can not wait to see how the new features of universe mode work. That said I would have preferred to see a create a story mode that would have brought this game to life.

Ideally i would rather see the return of create a story, more custom character slots, as well as the ability to import our own music. I feel like 2K is just phoning it in at this point. Now I will say that giving the bloodline their own showcase is great. I just don't like the emphasis on myfaction long since a thorn on our sides that's been long since derided as a cheap mode.

Finally, I love my gm going online as a concept. However, the servers don't give me too much confidence.

All in all I'm on the fence about this game. Pre order or nah?

Only if they add lots of ECW Legends. Otherwise will stay with 2k24 and create lots of caws there for my universe

Not a bad idea, but out of fairness. I wouldn't pre order then. At least if I was expecting good servers.

it all depends on the roster. Dont care about any of the island stuff. Have no clue what The Island is.

I think take it because i don't take the wwe 2k24.
And with the lowest edition im fine because i don't play the my faction gamemode.
I have more fun making custom characters fights or the story mode etc.

Custom music for online is a must have, hate to listen the same ten songs everytime and have to assign generic music to the caws

I already pre-ordered the game. I pretty much have to buy these games every year for the sake of my YouTube channel, but I'll likely end up giving it a negative rating upon release. These games have such a consistently bad track record that they are pretty much guilty upon proven innocent.

Yes. I was annoyed bei 2K24 for the first months, but it's in a good state now and I expect it to be similar this year. But I on't buy it for the stuff they talk about. It*s the minor things for me, that make it enjoyable for a long time.

Oh, and I'm definitely gonna save as much money as I can. maybe standard version for Steam first the chepest way possible. And waiting for a huge sale on PS5 so long, which would be my main version. No way I pay over 100.- for a videogame. Won't happen.

I disapprove of excluding the island. My guess is that it's not much different from myfaction in that it's a microtransaction cash grab that loses my interest 15 minutes in.

But the fact that it's marketed as the big feature of the year means that I object to said big feature not being present for a portion of the playerbase who pay the same amount.

For that I think I'll just wait until it's on sale or maybe pass this year.

Not sure about the island either.

Islands that was in 2K20 2K19 too, well basically fighting in area not in the ring Disco hall or something

They did bring back intergender matches, but they missed out on Chyna Showcase, Chyna is pretty much the only one who really pushed intergender, actually won a title that isn't usually held by female

As for looking forward to 2K25, somewhat hyped.

I'm kinda same on the fence. But the servers and MyGM? MyGM is a slow mode, it is a waiting game, why worry about servers on a turned based slow paced MyGM.

If anything hopefully they make the turns timed. whether be like 2 minutes, daily turns or know specific time limit. Going to be interesting to see how they did it.

Nope, I cancelled my pre-order once I found out PC and consoles can;t cross gen anything even CC. I rely on it because of an efed thing.

Where exactly did you hear that? As long as you have a 2K account you can use cross gen to get custom fan made characters. I'm not crazy about 2k25 neither, but that is news to me.

It was going to be an easy purchase but the fact we're currently planned to be given an inferior product cannot just be ignored. 2K needs to have an answer for this.
