[Warfare Warrior]

If you like CAW creations or just downloading them from community it's ruined this year! It should have been the first thing i checked but i ended up trying to unlock the 101 samoans i would have got a refund if i could.

The game is Unplayable (Currently)

From MyRise not even being playable. Any one on one getting stuck and unable to play then being kicked out. (Including Exhibition, Universe and the Showcase) I feel like I wont be playing until this gets a update. The game in general is unplayable and I probably won't play until these bugs that I know of are fixed. So hopefully this is fixed before full on release so the people that paid 100 to 150 dollars on early access can actually play a game that functions.

I'm only 7 hours in, but in fairness, ive not had that experience at all, I'm progressing through MyRise and Showcase and aside from game design issues, I've had zero performance issues, runs smooth as silk for me

After One Day MY REVIEW...what is your review?

for me its a 6 / 10. should be 8 but the ugly is why i am going with a 6.

The Good

Most of the game works as intended. AI is tougher and smarter. overall i am having fun.

The Bad

Dont like the mess ups in showcase. wwe logos appearing in CLASSIC WWF venues. want them to put the WWF logo back where it belongs. i know its WWE now, and its probably a legal thing but just dont look right at all.

and No Mercy Rikishi and Stone Cold. saw the match live, and i am sure stone cold drove his truck to the ring for an entrance. they botched that.

The UGLY

only one thing, and its a BIG ISSUE for me. AI vs AI matches. some wrestlers have submission finishers, and it seems they just dont want to win the match with them. they will use the moves, and then just let go when victory is clearly going to happen. this happened last year too. its frustrating. but it did not happen during 2k23 or 2k22. i have a ticket out already but its not going to do anything.

So, i grabbed it on both pc and ps5, honestly, you aren't missing out.. the island is MTX hell. that is the ONLY difference. the performance is NOT different. we have pc's.. our hardware already puts us leaps ahead.

I've also been lucky/blessed, Ive had no issues on myrise or showcase (other than poor choices like Tamina!) but technically its been flawless, no crashes at all.

I would say in general, its an improvement on 2k24. in the same way 2k24 was an improvement on 2k25.. is it worth the price tag? hard to say, depends how much disposable income you have! I'm having fun with it. but if your fun budget only allows a few games a year, I might wait for this to go on sale.

Overall, just remember, the people on here are people who are dissatisfied with the product. the people who are enjoying it, are doing just that. so don't read everything here and assume its all doom and gloom. these are the unlucky ones, PC's are hard to develop for, every hardware combination can work differently etc, whereas consoles are the same hardware.. give them time.

Solid 9/10 for me but I’ve only played universe. I won’t be completing showcase this year as I just can’t be bothered with the torture especially since there’s multi man matches and a MITB match. No glitches or bugs for me yet but I never use CAWs so that helps. The new rivalry options in universe are really really good.

oof! good luck getting it sorted dude! for what its worth, it's pretty good fun once you get past the tech issues !

I give it 4 out of 5 stars because my faction and my rise are still in the game.

I love everything else about the game. Like you Said the AI fights smarter now.

The models look good.

The wrestling feels like wrestling, the animation; even though its locked at 60 frames, it feels smooth.

I like chain wrestling, it feels very natural to the game, mini game is great and it works well.

I love the fact we have the current, Women's International Championship belt held by Lyra Valkyria and the current Women's United States Championship held by Chealsea Green. All I play is My Universe, so having those belts in are going to make it a lot more fun.

We have so many current Wrestlers from WWE and NXT. If you want a Universe based on the current WWE and NXT, the game pretty much already has it set for you.

Bugs aside, this might be the most complete WWE 2k game I've ever played.

I would say it's much the same as 2k23> 2k24... improvements. I'm blessed to have not run into any tech issues and I'm having fun, it's not perfect, there are several QoL' things I would've liked, and several strange game design decisions, but I'm too old to care too much. I care about one thing, is it fun? and for me, it is. so I'd say 8/10.

As Xuande above said, some bizarre game design choices to artificially inflate difficulty, but if you set your AI to be braindead its pretty amusing.

I love the new interactions with announce table/barricades and the pin reversals, chain wrestling is good fun.. overall, improved, but ofc, hoping it gets patched to fix a few things!

in multi man matches for e.g the wrestler you pick first can often block seeing the OVR of the others in the match. little things like that are crazy that they got past QA/
