Unfortunately you have to follow some of these rules to have fair and fun experience.
There are other moves too that are still in the game with 0 reversal prompt or moves that have reversal prompts but that are either delayed or reversal prompts that are preemptive (happen immediately before the move ever actually happens) which results in pretty difficult and sometimes impossible reversals. (This use to be the case with some of the standing Super kicks, namely the Sweet Chin Music which required you to reverse the move before the Super kick was even delivered which is super hard to time because, well, you don't know if the kick is actually coming).
