No Sound in the Showcase Video Packages

I haven't seen anyone else post about this, but this is a bug that has happened to me in 2k24 and now in 2k25 as well. Start of the Showcase everything is fine, soon as I hit the menu to check on the next match then boot it up, suddenly there's just no sound for the video package and it persist through restarts of the game and even a restart of my PC. Does anyone else have this issue and do you know how to fix it?

same! with creator safe mode! there's no music or voice!
