The game gets stuck on the start screen in an endless loading process.

Hey, the game won't let me play,

The game starts, but then gets stuck in the first screen in an endless loading screen, the CPU load increases to 100%, I let it run for 2 minutes to see if it might continue, but the result remained the same.

System AMD 7800x3d, AMD 7900 XT, 32 GB DDR5 RAM.
All drivers are up to date, also already tried to reinstall the game.

Freezing PC on restart

Basically as the title says. I am able to play, do a few matches, edit caw what have you. Then, I close the game and go about my business. However, when I come back and start up the game, at some point the game will freeze my entire PC.

At first it would do it as soon as I start the game, on the licensing screen. This last time, it happened as I clicked the button to edit move sets. At this point, it seems like I will have to restart my PC before any attempt to play this game.

A friend of mine said you can move the crashpad folder out of WWE 2K25 and it will resolve it, this was a solution for 2K24 as well.

Been having this problem too unfortunately, this was a thing in 2K24 too. What I did was force the game to run as Administrator in compatibility settings on the game's .exe - I don't know if it helped but it atleast takes about 3 ish restarts for it to freeze on the third or fourth time. It seems a bit random and I sure HOPE this gets fixed asap!

I'm no expert, but you can try two things until you get better advise.

Did you install the game on a SSD or a HDD?... if you installed it on a HDD, it's better to have it on a SSD.

Do you know if your specs meet the max or minimum requirements ?

Same here, have deleted everything except the cloud saves and it doesn't work.
The game just stays open in the first image where every trademark is displayed.

Change Compatibility to Windows 8 and it will work fine. Although for me it resolved the Freeze-Start-Problem^^

If it's crashing on boot up. Disabled full screen optimization in the games .exe using properties.

Also make sure your pad is turned off/unplugged and you have discord and any other overlay software closed

You can turn your pad on/ boot discord ect after you get to the title screen

Do you know if your AMD supports AVX2? ..... I also read somewhere on here, someone got thiers to work by installing virtual studios.

I have an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, yes it supports AVX2.
