How to get the Required Roman Card for Better then you in My faction

I have completed the no breaking point With out reading the Stuff Saying no Finishers and no Extra Recovery and received the card pack for completion but it wasn't roman I redid it following the rules and didn't receive the card either any advice??? I don't wana delete my faction progress Please any advice will help
