And not really control related, but when you lock onto an opponent, in 2k24 you would always be in the "arms up, fighting ready" stance, but whenever your opponent is on the floor in 2k25 you drop that stance even if you are still locked onto them. Just comes off as jarring.
I am on PS5.
I think the fighting stance usage was reduced due to player feedback, because it doesn't happen as often IRL.
When applying a face tattoo and leaving the character creation after saving, going back into the character creation removes the tattoo from the menu, preventing you from removing or altering it, essentially making it a permanent part of the character going forward.
I like to copy and paste my characters to give them several outfits so when I discovered this I've had to delete them all to get rid of this glitch on them.
