Can only initially import male wrestler to MyRise?
I've finished creating my main CAS characters for MyRise in the creation suite, and I'm about to start playing MyRise, but when I went to import them, it only let me select my male character. Is that the default, and then you can import your female character later? Or am I missing something in the creation stage where I can import my female character first? Either way works for me, I just want to check if there is a way to start with an imported female character or if you can only import male characters to start.

*Edit: Never mind! I just hadn't clicked through far enough to realize that you CAN import both, it just shows the male character first, so I thought you could only import them. I'll assume you can then pick which character you actually start with and roll from there. Thanks anyway!*

No it's not the default. I started with a woman. Only difference with me was, I didn't want to customize her, so I just went with one of the default women caws in the game, and it just works, same with my male caw. Maybe the issue is you have something on your caw that's glitching your game some how.

Thanks, ZenMonkey, but I figured it out. Whenever I had previously opened the MyRise menu, I saw the male character first and thought "why is the game only letting me select one of them," but I hadn't clicked through past that screen to see the female characters. I didn't realize they'd put them on separate screens; select one for one side of the save file, then select the other for the other.

Niiice... glad you figured it out!

MyRise story-line is fun this year. Hope you're enjoying it 🙂

It's pretty good so far! Feels like it'll be a little shorter than I'd prefer, but I guess they were focusing on adding replay value, which is fair.

Question, though- do you only get to play one character's side per stage? I just played what I think is the first split stage of the story; I picked playing my men's character taking on Priest and now I'm facing Becky & Seth for the tag titles with my women's character. Would I need to go back to play the other side of that chapter (which in this case was Alba Fyre) to see what happens, or do I advance to the next stage?

I'm good either way, now that I think about it. I appreciate that they've built this year's MyRise campaigns around replayability, and since you can finish it and go back again, you can more or less blitz through the stuff you've already done to get to the stuff you didn't finish the first time.

*Edit- Never mind, I really appreciate that this year's MyRise shows you all of the paths and what they unlock as you progress, and then you're able to go back and play through to get the things you missed if you want to. That's such a great touch for a mode focusing on replay.*
