MyRise crash

I just bought a game and I go straight to the My Rise mode and after a finish all of the creation I got to the loading scene for like 3 seconds and then it crash immediately I already change my Windows name to English and it didn’t work.

Unlucky for me that I forgot my last window password that it require for changing accounts

Did anyone have any solutions or all I can do is just wait for the patch update.

Dear friends, here's what worked for me. I've tried deleting previous game (wwe 2k24 with saves), I've tried to delete save files from documents, I've tried to run wwe 2k25 with no DLC's, run as administrator, changed graphic settings, BUT none of these worked.

And my account have no cyrillic letters. But here's the key - if you change your cyrillic account into "only english" - it doesn't work. You need to CREATE NEW ENGLISH ACCOUNT. And now everything is working for me.

You mean new Microsoft account right?
