Crashes/Stuck in Loading Screen

I had been playing the game perfectly fine before and for a small period of time after the update.

However, now when I am loading the game, it is intermittently crashing my PC.

Additionally, when I do manage to get into the game, when I enter universe mode (which I had been playing perfectly fine with no issues), now gets stuck on a loading screen... It doesn't crash, just stuck loading. It initially happened a couple of times when loading matches and restarting the game would resolve this.

This time, it's not sorting itself after a restart. I had been changing back and forth between Superstar and the other mode, for customisation and now I cannot get back into superstar mode.

Found a form on 2K, which suggested turning off cloud saves and remove OneDrive syncing (don't have OD anyways). I excluded the save files and game files from my antivirus and Windows Defender incase it was causing issues. Also verified the integrity of the game files.

The issue remains. Any ideas?

Been a week like this for me and others. It’s a mess. And I don’t want to crush the hope, but for me the support was unable to help at all. Good luck.

nobody knows the issue i guess i got it always on the first start and then i restart pc and it works

I don't mind the game crashing for me, that's not too much of an annoyance. I think it has something to do with the latest Nvidia driver I installed, as prior to that, I never had that issue.

I managed to get around the universe mode issue as well, had to SIM a week and then change it back to Superstar mode.

It's not happened since, although it does occasionally happen on other loading screens, without rhyme or reason.
