Got a question about preorders and how I heard the license for DLC bugs out at standard edition launch

So, I want to preorder this in hopes that it'll work on the Deck, but I remember hearing last year that every year since 2K22, the preorder DLC that came with it got some kind of license/delisting bug or whatever it's called, resulting in people being forced to delete their save file and start over due to the preorder DLC suddenly being replaced with a different listing for it.

Is that true, and if so, is it something I should worry about?

Worried about save data glitch for Deluxe & Bloodline Editions when the 14th comes

I opted to preorder the Bloodline edition, but I heard that for the past few years, something always went wrong with the preorder DLC at the launch of the standard edition. I was told I can backup my save data just in case, but I was also told a fix usually takes up to a month.

Can anyone confirm if any of this is in fact true, and what the best way to go about it is without having to worry about not playing the game for a month at most and 3 weeks at the least?

There was such an issue with 2K24, though I don't recall anything similar happening with the prior games, personally. The 2K24 issue also definitely didn't take a month to fix. IIRC, a fix came with a Live Update not too long after release.
