Genuinely wondering, why the user ratings so low?

Hey. I play on PS5 and got this game with subscription.
Game included easy and comprehensive tutorial, there are no performance issues, I didn't find cheaters, gameplay seems mostly fair and balanced (just my IMHO), and now there is no MTX except for 1 DLC with cosmetics. And everything in this game can be earned just by playing and winning.
Game seems fun and doesnt make me sweat and swear, basically a high reaction speed "sports" simulator.
On PS5 the ratings are 60/100, on Steam they are 70/100. Why? The game is complete and works nicely from Day One.
Disclamer, all of this are just my opinions and experiences.

You do know that the pass need 450/500+ games (if it's only win I might add) to complete? Probably even more than that since I did most of those in the double xp last week end.

There's not a lot of single player modes, and there's plenty of bugs there, co-op doesn't work as well from what i have heard.
Gameplay gets repetitive real fast, and it's not like rocket league where the skill ceiling is high, you get the hang of it real quick and after that all the games look alike tbh.

Bots are atrocious in 3v3, that's why a lot of people are asking for the 6v6 mode.

6V6 is probably problematic because the CHASER is used only 2 minutes into half-match. Also r u sure about 450 games? Maybe they will patch XP Gain later.
Also I play as SOLO in MP, so I have not encountered the Coop problems.
Also, yeah I have read there are some problems with rewards in Solo/Coop missions.
I hope they will fix that, but the game has just came out. But keeping community silence is bad. They should have aknowledged problems and say : We are working on that.

I'm quite sure about the game thing, I'm at lvl 42 with the pass and I played 270/280 games.
What's worth mentioning is that at least 3/4 of those games were during double XP weekend.
Where I am they're asking for 3000xp per lvl, so for the remaining lvls it'd mean another 240 games at 100xp (1 win) not counting the increase in XP from each lvl.

And I was smart since most of my games were during double XP and in single player champion difficulty because win give the same amount as a win in multiplayer, but now I don't have anything left to do in solo ...

I was kind of hoping it would blow me away ;p But it didnt, I guess its tough to make a quidditch game exciting, playable and easy ti pick up. Maybe they will spice it up if there is enough interest, tho I think it lacks marketing campaign, WB gaming division was always kinda clumsy imo. lost of IP's with huge potential thwarted by corporate flops ;p
