Hello,

No, you must have an online connection.

The solo game is not very interesting. It's an online multiplayer game
I think it's ridiculous to need constant connection to the internet if you only want to jump on for a quick game against the bots.

I too wish there was an offline mode
anyone been able to play recently my game keeps crashing every time i open it

I am from the future, is like less than a quarter of that now...
I think the game server patched the bug. When, I was on the character hub. An my wifi went out I was still able to play matches. It could have been a bug or something.

But, yeah the game won't play offline when there's no reason for the always online drm. Bloody h--l Disney speedstorm a once pay to own is a free to play game. Allows you to launch that game, go to offline, and play with friends or do solo races which Quidditch champion's should have added on day one.

I would advice you contact warner bros games an request a offline mod as a feature. Which indirectly gets resent to the game devs. Which was why the devs made the discord group in the first place =.=

I did contact warner bros games to explain why we need a offline build or mode. So, if enough people complain to warner bros game studio. We could get a offline mode. Like how we all wanted.

Thankfully the game assets and code can be dump. So theoretically a fan mod could be made to patch the game offline.

No offline mode are you serious right now?
Let's be real. When, we bought Quidditch champions we wanted a spiritual successor to Quidditch world cup that has both offline and online pvp. The fact the game has solo campaigns, local co op modes. But, forces always online drm checks is freaking stupid.

If we look at other esport titles. Like IDK Disney Speed storm. I pay the fee to own the game. If I so chose I can disconnect my computer from the internet and play in actual offline modes with split screen co op. I'm pretty sure the Crash Bandicoot racing game did something similar. Even, Sega knows not having offline modes is dump.

So, who was incredibly idiotic in thinking let's charge people to play a pay to play only online. Like wtf. Did the devs never consider power outages, wifi routers not workingm game servers crashing/ being shutdown.

Because, the most basic things with game preservation never seemed to cross the devs minds and that really annoys me. If the game is gonna charge money but not consider a offline mod. Than, either give refunds. Or create a seperate build so we can play offline till a build lets us pick to go online in pvp in a similar way Mario Kart or smash bros handles offline/ Online play.
Well since the game uses ue4 it could be possible to create a patch to make the game remove the always online check. Or, dump the game files, rebuild the game for a offline build. For now we have to complain to warner bros and make it clear we want a offline mode. Otherwise, im pretty sure this game could be sued for being a scam.

Many people complain about not having offline but they don't care.
They lose players base everyday but still don't care.

It's sad, but if no offline, no buy for me.

Sadly they don't care anymore.

Actually, if your in the game. Than go offline the game does let you play till the auto online check kicks you out of the game.

So much for the single play part which was wrongfully marketted.

I guess well have to mod the game to be playable offline if Warner Bros dont cut this games as a service e sport garbage.

Quidditch champions will die like the warner bros smash bros clone.

Thats the thing the game is advertised with offline single player support. Im pretty sure warner bros could be sued for deceptive marketting.

If a offline version of mode isnt made soon. I guess devompilation an patching the game will be a must

Indeed, but Warner don't care about the community so it's pretty over.

A dead game with alot of possibility.
