Yes it is that bad. I can't unlock the world cup because it is so damn hard to beat the game on advanced. It was advertised as single player so I will be reporting this company to the ftc for false advertising because I only intend to play it on single player with bots.

They should have listed it under the Online Single Player category then if nothing else. Their current advertising is at best misleading. If I buy a single player game I expect to have the ability to play on my own. I am not expecting to have to create an online account and having to rely on my internet connection being up in order to play at all. They should at the very least specify that it requires an online connection to play on their store page or people are going to buy it and not be able to play when their wifi goes out.
They won’t do that though because that one omission only helps them rake in cash from more customers. Whether it’s ethically honest or not.
Pretending Denuvo doesnt stop piracy is laughable.
We're at the point where basically one single person on Earth determines if Denuvo games get cracked.
There are games that go years without getting cracked.
