20 year lost

So the ONLY other harry potter quidditch game is from 2003. It let you play a short story mode as one of the 4 house and then a world cup mode playing as one of 10 teams each with their own stage, sounds, player talk, animations, move set, super moves, play style, and victory scene.

even its own summary of "Take to the sky as one of the classic positions—Chaser, Seeker, Keeper, or Beater—each with their own unique play style. Soar into legendary Quidditch arenas, as well as maps that showcase never-before-seen areas of the wizarding world." is already beaten, taken, AND done better by a game from almost 20 years ago. heck if they waited until October it would exactly 20 years ago.

Jesus christ. the characters look WORSE than the 2003 version, it looks like a fortnight mod, the game play looks slower, it looks less fun and action packed, it look like that added SPEED GATES/boost rechargers like rocket league.

Like damn all they had to do was copy the 2003 game, clean it up for modern day, and bam. new game and then they could start making dlc to unlock different region teams like china, south america, mexico, canada, india, etc etc until they have every country they could legal grab.

then as FINAL DLC and full as tournament dlc where every team go at it for true world champions and to make it even more sweeter make so its only accessible once every year so everyone would go at it for bragging rights alone,

naah no point really it was fun i agree but it was just cheesy same move spam over again and won lets see if this has it too xD

This game is much better than 2003, you might not like the graphics but the gameplay and multiplayer aspect alone makes it 1000x better lmao.

There was a closed technical test a while ago. I played it, and my group played it.

It's okay. The movement, camera, and chasing did not feel good. They could have done away with the 3 roles and basically did a rocket league quidditch clone, make it F2P with cosmetics and it would have most likely done very well.

Yes it was a closed test, but it was jank.

Doing away with the 3 roles would make it not Quiddich.

Why do so many people support the inherently predatory F2P with microtransaction model? Box price without microtransactions is objectively more consumer friendly

I'd rather have a game like this F2P, allow the community to grow and charge for useless cosmetics to keep the live service going. I dont say that very often, but there are some genres that would thrive with F2P. Look at all the games release in the last year at full price. Warner Bros. is a massive publisher and the faith a lot have in games like this from big publishers is on the edge as it is.

Cause we're not brainwashed by gamer trends. If you want continued development of a multiplayer game you need battlepasses and cosmetics. And its entirely OPTIONAL so you're not hurting anyone gameplay wise, just letting people who want to keep contributing to the game the option to do so.

Liking battle passes with every game means you are brainwashed into thinking every game needs to be a Fortnite clone actually. You shouldn't need people to keep contributing to the game if you just made a good game. BMW shows that. This game reeks of money grab.

Who said every game? We're talking about this game lol. I like this game and wouldn't mind them releasing more cosmetics, characters and maps. Its not mandatory to purchase them, but people who want to can, no harm done if u don't wanna do it.
