No Heroes in Campaign

Thank you for your report regarding the Hero skins not being visible during gameplay.
Please note that these skins will appear during multiplayer matches, but not in Campaign Mode. You can also equip the Hero skins in Exhibition Mode, after selecting "Custom Roster."

My response -
Why though? I understand certain variants aren't compatible with the uniforms, but having no heroes in the campaign seems like a glaring omission. At the very least we should be able to complete each cup with the predetermined teams, but we can't do that either. The idea that we could build our teams around the characters we wanted was a huge part of the marketing, so why can we only take advantage of that in exhibition matches? Objectively the worst game mode for progressing. Why would I play for 30+ hours to unlock Ron if I'm unable to play as him 95% of the time?

Long story short: I should be able to play as Harry Potter in a Harry Potter game

This game lacks the official quiddich squads and national stadiums of the old quiddich game. "harry potter: quiddich world cup"

I agree. I was so excited to play with Sebastian, Hermione and Ginny in my team. I customise my team accordingly, hit the solo campaign mode and experience the biggest bummer of the game so far, no heroes in solo mode?!
It should be possible. Why can’t I represent UK for example or Hogwarts with them in my team?
What’s the point in completing the solo cups if I can’t play as my chosen heroes? If at least there was an option(via presets maybe) to make my custom characters similar to the heroes.
But even that isn’t possible. It’s such a bummer. I was really enjoying the solo play, am not a fan of Pvp in general and was really hyped to play with the unlocked heroes.

Exhibition matches it is then for now, in the hopes that with an update or patch in the near future we will see the heroes in the solo cups as well.

I would 100% replay the cup multiple times if when being with Ravenclaw or the Durmstrang team would mean having their specific roster.

Yeah it's just dumb. I don't want to play PvP. There's no reason why the skins I bought shouldn't be visible while playing campaign.
