Which is not the way it is supposed to work at all. Beaters going about whacking people with their bats, Seekers catching the Snitch multiple times in the same match, and people act surprised that HP fans aren't flocking to play this game. In all honesty, it feels like a Quidditch-inspired game rather than an actual Quidditch adaptation.
Except anyone with any amount of critical thinking ability knows that having the Golden Snitch end the game and grant 150 points is horrible game design made up by a fantasy author, making a fictional sport where one position is for the important characters (the seeker) and nobody else matters. And yes, even in the books, Beaters tackle people, as do the other roles. You're not a real HP fan if you're nitpicking this awesome game.
When 6v6 comes this could all be addressed. They should let people swap roles mid-match (like in other games) because adapting to the team makes sense.
The Snitch appearing twice is fine because it is only worth 30 points... but the progress bar needs to be longer and have more of a 'tug of war' type of bar against the other Seeker to make it feel more rewarding.
Not really. A bit imbalanced for sure, but nothing that cannot be fixed in the context of a video game. Plenty of ideas have been suggested and discussed already, you may want to read up on these forums.
My advice: if you're unfamilar with the contents of the HP books, you may not want to lecture others about how to be a real HP fan. No, in the books, Beaters do not tackle other players directly with their bats. Chasers do the tackling, but strictly without bats. If you disagree, quote me a scene from one of the books where a Beater whacks someone with a bat during a Quidditch match.
