Can't connect to the server

Hello everyone, I've been trying to access the game from yesterday, but it can't connect to the server, my internet connection works fine, I sent a ticket but I doubt they will respond soon.
Anyone else have the same problem?

Hi all - I suggest contacting WB Games Support if you're still encountering issues connecting to the servers. You can do so through this link Submit a Ticket[portkeygamessupport.wbgames.com] or pause the game and select "Report Issue". Be sure to include the timing when you encountered this issue and share any troubleshooting steps you may have tried.

By the way, we suggest an option to play offline for single player modes.

I sent the ticket but it wasn't helpful, I had to refund it.
