How many active players are there in a single team now? Are they all online players or are there bots to fill out the rest of the team? Like what happens if someone leaves the game mid-match?
Beater is super fun and satisfying, and usually it's best to take out the enemy seeker as soon as they appear. You can also take out the enemy keeper for your chasers.
Keeper is pretty rough but it's doable if you make sure to kick enemies when they get close. (Lots of keepers just let you roll right up to the hoops and shoot into whichever hoop is furthest from them.)
There's also a neat thing with the keeper that is pretty underutilized, where you can create boost rings for your team, incentivizing your team to make a specific approach.
It's pretty nice that It encourages you to play your role. It also does a great job of doing a rock-paper-scissors type mechanic, like if you are focusing too hard on one role or strategy, you're probably leaving yourself open to some other strategy.
also doing a layup off the rebound is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun
Unfortunately, there are teams of online players (those of very high levels +100) who would play dirty and unsportsmanlike by ganging up on the seeker player. Thus, making the great role unplayable and unenjoyable.
Not sure if WB are aware of this.
I check a twitch stream yesterday of a guy in team who were like lvl 140, his mates 252, 180 I don't remember exactly.
And yeah they were like 2 or 3 on the seeker, some people should get a life, some sleep idk.
Teamplay is really needed,
chasers trying to solo score everytime will have a bad time, every role are important, good beaters are living hell for enemy team, you can be a good seeker if your beater never help you by beat down the other seeker you gonna sweat.
Chasers: You can see it in their movements, with how they fly a certain pattern when they got the quaffle.
Keepers: automatically targets you if you fly close to them, they'll accurately predict your movements and calculate where you try to score.
Beaters: they use aimbots and are able to shoot the bludger at you more frequently and accurately than a regular player would.
Chasers: Will tackle you as frequently as possible
I'm not saying that very skilled players can't do these things, I'm merely saying that these behaviors are obvious signs of possible cheating.
There are of course other more signs to, but they are a bit more complex to describe, and I don't even know them all, but these ones specificly are very common.
Oh, there are some things even very skilled players can't do. They fly in circles and turns that shouldn't be possible in any kind. They can catch shots at their goals even when not in front of the specific goal. They just warp there to catch and other stuff.
