Survey and Code?

So after finishing the first playtest, I took a survey where after taking it, I received an email with a code that I could use for an in-game collectible for when the second playtest began. My question is, did anyone else get something similar and if you did, where did you redeem the code? I know it's too late now, but i'm curious as to what it was.

I'd like to know out of curiosity, as well.
i received the code back then for completing the survey, but ended up completely forgetting about it lol.

I almost forgot about it too. When starting the game a second time, I couldn't figure out where to redeem it. I even tried to redeem it in the Mail code section of the game and nothing. I also tried to enter it as a key code on the Warner Bros website because support told me to, probably thinking I was talking about redeeming a second code for the playtest and still nothing. I'm over it though. They too probably forgot about the survey code.
