Are the rumors true about the seeker being totally gutted?

That would be a shame, as I think most HP fans are/were expecting to have fun playing as a seeker (it is the single most important role in HP lore after all, although it should not outshine ALL of the other roles combined, which is a question of balancing). I love a good hide-and-seek myself, and was looking forward to seeing how it is implemented in the game.

Any words from those who have tried it already? Is the seeker a fun role or is it as dull as the rumors have it?

In the 2003 game, the seekers felt pretty limited and lackluster to me, they only showed up for a quick minigame to end the match.

without saying too much. snitch appears randomly during the match a few times and you go through hoops until the progress bar gets full then you can catch it. all i will. dont wanna get done for nda lol

Thank you. Yeah, that's the part I read about - those hoops. I'm not sure how I feel about them, but I guess I'll wait and see.
