To avoid spoiling anything, let's just say there's a boss you need to kill to remove the magic seal.

Where is this boss? I have searched everywhere in the forsaken settlement and gutters for the last hour and can't find anything. I kill the boss in front of the blue seal but that didn't do anything other than drop loot. All it says a Magic Seal Bars the way. Also for context I am a mage which I am not strong enough to stomp the sewer drain opening in the village

edit, found a 2nd story in the gutters, i might be onto something
