You really need to add English language into the game, so you are not overly depend on the Chinese market. I have seen how Chinese players review bomb games like this simply because there's no nudity in those games. So the wisest choice is to make the game available to global players.

This just shows what will happen if you're making a lewd anime game and you only focus on China market, you get hit with overwhlemingly negative reviews.

Just add some English translation, it's not that hard.
