Offline Start

I'm a PES veteran from ISS Playstation days and after a few years of false hope, PES 2015 is finally a big step in the right direction to recapturing the glory, maybe to the extent that my old PS2 and PES 6 copy can now finally retire, however, I don't wish to play online or use any of the online features. I run Steam in offline mode most of the time, why can't I run PES when Steam is offline. If it's an anti piracy issue, doesn't Steam have it's own in built piracy guard for this which renders the game useless if it detects pirated files? If the developers do read through these discussions, please change this.

same here, this is not acceptable - i really hope they fix this. I also think this is the best PES for years, but u cant force people to have online connection. Or at least u have to communicate this during release...

:/ same here. What happens when I'm without connection and wanna play PES? Konami really needs to fix this.

It happens to me some days ago, my internet provider had some issues and i couldn't play for all day long, it's a shame, while the pirates are playing online, i have the original and i can't even play without conection, this is so wrong...

Yup, this is annoying. I used to play PES 2013 on the plane, now I can only play in my house, not even in the office (where everybody wants to play an offline tournament but we can't, so we stick to the more impressive but boring FIFA 15).
