Yes, XP works this game due to the DirectX 9.0c only. Therefore, the minimum requirement OS: Win Vista -> is stupid. ;)

What? Videocard problem? Your videocard is insufficient or hasn't shader model 3.0 support.

No OS upgraded need! :) Appear the message window before start game: buttons "abort"; "retry"; "ignore" ---> click button "ignore" to can work (ATTENTION: this game requires HARDLY the shader model 3.0 videocard support with 512MB VRAM). :)

Ok but I got "no iphplpapi error" in PES 2014 demo. I'll try PES 2015 demo to see if work or not... ;)

I got also that error running XP x86 SP3. - Still no solution... But XP may be bugged. :) lol But I worked running Win 7 x64. ;)
Sorry, you need upgrade to Win Vista or newer OS.
