Rapporter et problem med oversettelse
I've tried running it in compatability mode nad that doesnt work either.
Basically either Konami need to patch this or Microsoft need a patch for Windows 10 to make VisualC++ apps work... I'm out of ideas at this stage and I fear that it's out of our hands.
Would Konami patch it though, or just wait for PES 2016? Bit cynnical of me, but no other games are having any problems for me.
I removed the programme and now PES is fine.
Look for similar programmes and uninstall them if you dont need them. I'm sure theres a Windows 10 compatable surround sound programme, should I ever need one.
I didn't either. if you right click the .exe file and run as adminstrator, then you will get your error message. I googled the programme in the window bar at the top and diagnosed the issue that way.
It just looks like it doesnt start, but something will be derping that PES wants to use.
Figure out what that something is and you should run the game just fine! :)
