Stuck on loading screen
Hey,
at the end of episode 4, I am experiencing a bug that leaves me stuck on the loading screen after entering a room (big red saloon).
I tried closing and restarting the game, but if I want to continue I just go back to that infinite loading screen.
What can I do to solve this?

I could solve it without loosing any progress by restarting my computer.
Though I still don't know how it happened.

I'm also stuck on a loading screen in Episode 4. It's happening after the scene on the wharf for me. I've restarted the game and rebooted my computer and I'm still stuck. I've also replayed that chapter of the game, making different decisions, and again I got stuck on the loading screen right after the wharf.

Hello foxiesox,

Can you send us a report please ? It'll help us a lot understanding what went wrong with your game and fixing it :)

A. Please provide a System Information report:

1. Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the 'Run dialog box' and type: MSINFO32
2. Click the button 'OK'.
3. Click 'System Summary' (upper left).
4. Click 'File' then 'Export...'.
5. Enter a file name (from File name:) and save the file.
6. Close System Information.
7. Right click on the file and click 'Send To' then 'Compressed (zipped) folder'.

B. Please provide the game log (file 'The Council.log'):

1. Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
2. Open 'Documents' then the folder 'My Games' and 'The Council'.

C. For any issue during a game, please provide the corresponding savegame too (file 'SaveSlot1', 'SaveSlot2' or 'SaveSlot3'):

1. Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
2. Open 'Documents' then the folder 'My Games' and 'The Council'.
3. Open your SteamID folder.

Send your report with a description of the problem, the System Information report (compressed .zip file), the 'The Council.log' and the savegame files in attachment to:support@focus-home.com
